We have extensive experience working with technology companies, service companies, software developers, venture firms, angel investors, and everything in between.

As startup lawyers, we recognize that early-stage and small businesses often don’t have the financial capacity of more established companies.  Therefore, in addition to our flat fee "startup" packages, we try to offer fixed pricing on nearly all of our work to provide certainty in legal fees and expenses to our clients. We can even offer flat fee or special billing arrangements for more complex legal matters like capital raises, special equity incentive plans and even exit/sale transactions.  If a flat fee arrangement just won't work, we can still provide our services on a traditional hourly-rate basis subject to a budget that you approve.
